Since some time ago Elemental Halls have been updated, I have no other way but to stay on Intermediate+, I have a question if there's a possibility to make good EH team, or should I wait and collect more cards?

I only mentioned HUR, GUR, GSR and LR since I think URs might be too weak.
My Deck cost is 487, that's why I'm not 100% sure if I can use all LRs.
Could it be possible to make good EH teams for advanced level? Or should I wait with it and collect stronger cards?
